A high-quality grade of pre-gelatinized starch used in water-based mud systems to minimize fluid loss and form a thin filter cake on wellbore surfaces at high temperatures (up to 300°F). High Temperature Drilling Starch is a non-ionic natural polymer, suitable for use in low-saline to high-saline waters. It is environment-friendly and easily removable by acids or oxidizers.
